SportTape (Affiliate)
South Wales based sports and kinesiology taping company providing excellent tapes for all purposes, be it injury recovery or sporting performance. They also provide teaching courses to learn or improve taping techniques for sports.

We took part in their sport taping and strapping course back in November 2023 and provided us with lots of information on how to correctly and safely tape for sports such as rugby or football.

PowerDot is a smart NMES and TENS machine manufactured by Therabody. PowerDot connects wirelessly to your phone by bluetooth and provides graded strength programmes as well as smart pain relief and muscle recovery.

We use this product for all electrotherapy treatments offered by WP Rehab and have found it very easy to use for the first time and very effective overall.
